THE RAPTORS LAB IS OPEN: COACHING STAFF COOKING UP SOMETHING BIG FOR 2027

The Michigan Raptors coaching staff is back in the lab—and they’re cooking up something dangerous for the 2027 arena football season.

Tryout #1 is officially in the books, but the hunt is just getting started. With four more tryouts remaining, the Raptors coaching staff is searching Michigan and beyond for the speed, toughness, attitude, and football IQ needed to build the 2027 roster.

Next stop: FLINT, MICHIGAN.

The Raptors aren't just looking for football players. They're looking for competitors—players hungry for an opportunity to prove they belong in professional arena football.

Behind the scenes, the coaching staff is studying film, evaluating talent, building schemes, and putting together the pieces for what they believe can be a special 2027 season.
