Overview
We're seeking a Corporate Sales Account Manager in the Novi, Michigan, area to develop and manage sponsorships, advertising packages, and premium hospitality partnerships for the Michigan Raptors Arena Football Team. This is a commission-only role—perfect for motivated, relationship-driven individuals who thrive on results and enjoy the excitement of sports business.

Candidates must reside in or near the Novi, Michigan, area and be available for in-person meetings, team events, and home games.

What you’ll do

Prospect and close new sponsorship and advertising partners.
Develop custom proposals tailored to partner goals.
Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
Represent the team at games, events, and community appearances.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship sales (sports, entertainment, or media preferred).
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting goals.
Self-starter who enjoys networking and building long-term relationships.

Compensation

Commission-Based Only—no base salary.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Commission paid upon signed and executed partnerships.
