Michigan Raptors Announce Addition of Connor Carrigan to the 2026 “Receiving Wrecking Crew”

Ann Arbor, MI — [12/3/25] — The Michigan Raptors are proud to announce the signing of Connor Carrigan, officially adding one of the most polished, disciplined, and physically dominant hybrid receiving threats to the Raptors’ 2026 Receiving Wrecking Crew.
Carrigan joins the Raptors after a five-year collegiate career defined by excellence, athletic intelligence, and unmatched work ethic. He spent four years at Madonna University, where he was the starting tight end while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Following graduation, Carrigan completed his final year of eligibility at Olivet Nazarene University, playing tight end while also earning his MBA.
A standout scholar-athlete, Carrigan is a 4× Mid-States Football Association Academic All-League selection, highlighting the same level of commitment off the field that he brings on it.
“Connor is the type of athlete every championship-caliber roster needs,” said the Raptors front office. “He handles his responsibilities at an elite level, he’s a technician, and he’s a tone-setter in every phase of the game.”
A Physical, Fast, and Dominant Offensive Weapon
On the field, Carrigan’s presence is impossible to ignore. Known for his strength, size, and clean route running, he creates mismatches across the field and forces defenses to constantly adjust. Whether lined up as a tight end or wide receiver, Carrigan is a reliable, high-IQ target who finishes plays and brings a level of physicality rarely seen at his position.
But his impact does not stop with catching the football. Carrigan is a proven blocking force—a player who takes pride in controlling the line of scrimmage using technique, leverage, and power. He sets edges, creates lanes, moves defenders, and plays with the mindset of a finisher.
A Special Teams Standout
Carrigan’s motor extends to special teams, where he has been heavily involved in kickoff, kick return, field goal/extra point, and punt units. He approaches every rep as a chance to dominate—bringing discipline, effort, and physicality to every phase of the game.
Coached for Excellence
Throughout his career, Carrigan has been coached by NFL coaches and players, as well as elite Division I staff, all of whom have sharpened his skillset and raised his competitive standards. The Raptors believe this background makes him an immediate-impact player within their system.
A Message from the Raptors
“Connor embodies everything the Michigan Raptors stand for: toughness, intelligence, versatility, and relentless effort. He strengthens our receiving room immediately and elevates the standard for our 2026 roster.”
Carrigan now joins a high-powered offensive unit preparing to make noise in the AAL2 as the Raptors continue building a roster capable of contending for a championship in 2026.
